    Social Media / Search Engine Management RFP for Loyola University


    Loyola University New Orleans' Office of Marketing and Communications is looking for a Social Media/Search Engine Management vendor that can assist the university with an integrated social media program that includes paid search recruiting, social media outreach and strategic planning and execution, online monitoring and content optimization programs that is managed consistently and effectively to garner qualified traffic, as well as additional branding of Loyola. Approved vendor will interact with and work under the direction of the Office of Marketing and Communications.

    We require the following social media services:
    1. Social Media Strategy
    2. Reputation Management / Social Media Monitoring
    3. Social Media Training / Support
    4. Social Media Marketing and PR Services (tactical executions)

    Each RFP will be evaluated on the basis of:

    • Demonstrated skills and previous SEM/Social Media experience
    • Qualifications
    • Services provided
    • Fee Schedule
    • References
    • Responses to the questions below

    Preparation and Delivery of Responses:

    1. All RFP's for consideration must be in hand at Loyola University New Orleans Office of Marketing and Communications no later than noon on July 9, 2012 at which time the process is completed and submitted RFP's reviewed.
    2. Deliver (mail or by hand) three (3) complete sets of the required materials in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the words "Loyola University New Orleans SEM/SOCIAL MEDIA RFP" to the following address:

    3. Proposals must completely respond to all Proposal requirements outlined in the document at the bottom of this post.
    4. The appropriate signatory of the consultant must certify as the truth and accuracy of the information provided in the proposal.
    5. Loyola University New Orleans shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by respondents in replying to the RFP, including expenses incurred in making oral presentations.
    6. Women-owned, minority-owned, and Louisiana-based businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Proposal Details:

    1. Questions from potential vendors to be received by June 28, 2012 by email at jbergero@loyno.edu.
    2. Questions and answers to be distributed to all respondents by July 6, 2012.
    3. On the basis of the replies to the RFP document, a short list of potential vendors will be selected and this group may be asked to present demonstrations of their capabilities and vision for the project. These meetings will be completed by July 18, 2012.
    4. Awarding of the contract to selected vendor by July 25, 2012.
    5. Work to commence by August 1, 2012.
